The Blue Point Provision Company is our seafood specialty restaurant located at the far end of our resort. Menu choices are categorized as Appetizers, Soups & Salads, Main Courses, The Grill & Desserts. The main focus of the kitchen is the grill, a 16 ounce Spice Rubbed "Cowboy" Steak, a New York Steak with Blue Cheese Sauce and our Grilled Filet Of Beef use the Hyatt standard of top quality meats. Pan Fried Pork Chop tossed in Madeira Jus with a Braeburn Apple & Radicchio Slaw & Churrasco Steak on Caesar Salad complete the choice of meats which is enhanced by a choice of 3 Freshly Caught Fish prepared either Blackened, Pan Fried or Grilled, the chef only purchases the freshest fish of the day so the choice varies from night to night. Water's Edge will appeal to everyone, especially to families with children as the restaurant now features a kid's Buffet with their favorite foods.

This casual restaurant offers family friendly Italian dining.  If Italian food is your favorite cuisine, you will love dining at Antonio's Italian restaurant located at Eagle's Nest in our golf clubhouse.  Thursday - Sunday from 5:30 - 9:00pm. June 11th through Labor Day. The main courses include spaghetti, penne pasta, lasagna, pizzas and more.  Hearty soups or salads, as well as freshly baked Parmesan and garlic bread, accompany every entree'.  For dessert, indulge in a tangy tart, homemade ricotta cheesecake, tiramisu or Italian gelato.  If you feel like dining in your room we offer pizza's to go.

The Bay Country Market is our self-service general store serving fresh Starbucks gourmet coffees, cappuccinos, lattes and breakfast pastries.  Get your day started on a good note at the market. Pick up snack items throughout the day, as well as resort logo gifts, magazines, sundry items and a variety of grocery products to enjoy in your guestroom. Inquire about a "picnic to go" before heading out on Chesapeake adventures.

Located on our lobby level, Bay Country Market offers a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy morning coffee and pick up a newspaper, along with your favorite fresh-baked pastries.

If you're looking for lunch or a snack with a refreshing cocktail while relaxing by one of our four pools, Dock's is your place in the sun. Featuring a wide selection of tropical refreshers, soak up the sun with your favorite drink by your side and enjoy the views.  Take a dive and refresh yourself.  There’s always something tasty to eat and fun to be had at our pool complex. Pull up a high barstool and get out of the sun for awhile – or don’t bother getting up!  We'll serve you on the beach, on the slide or even in the resort's hot tub!
